Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting.
Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
2-5 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-residential asset class.
