Site Person in Charge (Track & Non-Track) Desirable
Completed apprenticeship in a related engineering discipline
A basic knowledge of Inspection and Testing Techniques
Clear and concise report writing.
Understanding of maintenance in an engineering discipline
Capable of identifying the requirements of the task in hand and manage a worksite.
Able to test the integrity of the asset and declare it ‘fit for use’.
Protection Master (Traffic & Or Eng. Hours) Desirable
Depot/Track Competent Desirable
Capable of self-development
Working knowledge of LU Comms equipment associated with the maintenance techniques supportive of the Technical Capability testing functions.
Full Driving Licence Desirable
IRSE 2.4.106 license category or up to date log book to show progress on attaining licence.
This is a safety critical role, so you will need to get clearance from our Occupational Health team before you start.
Experience in maintenance of PAVA & LFEPA systems
Lifts and Escalators Entry Permit Desirable
