Meet with relevant stakeholders to define business, financial, and operations requirements to perform fit/gap analysis.
Translate business requirements into detailed configuration and functional specifications to support application configuration, development, and process improvement initiatives.
Actively support projects through different project stages, including development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, data conversion and production implementation.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design documents, operations manuals, business analysis artifacts (BRDs, matrices, etc.), data dictionaries and testing reports.
Support Integrations, technology design and re-design activities through interpretation, clarification, and documentation of business requirements, processes, business rules, and impacts of proposed changes.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test summary to facilitate deployment decisions; coordinate testing activities and facilitate issues resolution.

A minimum of 5 years of practical business analysis experience, analyzing business needs, translating those needs into structured requirements documents, and working with the development team to implement the solutions.
Previous experience supporting Business Intelligence and Analytics projects, as well as knowledge of SQL, Data Modeling, and relational databases, is an asset.
Experience working Viewpoint – ERP is preferred, though those with deep experience with other ERP systems may be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Services or equivalent.
Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions with diverse groups of stakeholders.
Understand, in depth and build out detailed documentation for business processes, identify future state, and fit gaps analysis between processes and application workflow.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing re-engineered business processes and associated applications.
Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and project management experience.
