Use SQL / Tableau to construct data sets and build dashboards reporting on Sales performance and special initiatives
Collaborate with peers across Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance, and RevOps to deliver insights and analysis spanning multiple segments
Spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth in the Enterprise Sales segment and beyond, including activity tracking and conversion, Sales leadership dashboards and reporting, account prioritization frameworks, rep efficiency evaluations, etc.
Drive the daily operations of the Enterprise Sales Development function including, weekly KPI reporting, forecasting, managing headcount and quota capacity, account assignment, writing business performance memos, and month-end close
Partner closely with our Sales Development leaders to help them understand performance trends, root causes, and help them improve and scale their operations with targeted recommendations

Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality ready to create things from the ground up
Be forward-thinking on business cases and problems, and how the team can be geared to help solve (e.g., process enhancements, systems and technical enablement, etc.)
2-4+ years of experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
In-office presence in Glendale 1 day/week
Proven track record of working cross-functionally on key projects to define action plans, prioritize requests effectively, manage execution, and deliver on asks in a timely manner
Experience running quantitative analyses, and publishing findings in dashboard format (e.g. strong experience with Excel/GSheets, Tableau, SQL, [Python is a plus])
Functional experience in operations/business operations/revops, and/or strategy within the SaaS space is strongly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a dynamic work environment.
