A Willmeng Construction Safety Manager leads the development and execution of site-specific safety programs, ensuring every project meets or exceeds OSHA and industry standards.   • Promote a strong safety culture by engaging with crews, addressing concerns, and reinforcing best practices.
  • Proactively identifies safety issues and drives effective, practical solutions on site.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety policies, procedures, and plans for every project.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits, monitoring safe work practices and equipment use.
  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail in inspections, documentation, and safety processes.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Proactively identify hazards and assess risks to drive elimination or mitigation strategies.
  • Leads by example, building strong relationships and communicating clearly across all project teams.
  • Lead safety training and education for all team members, covering best practices and emergency procedures.
