Planning and Reporting Manager

Description

• Work with Senior Management to track and monitor spend and be able to work with a wide array of stakeholders throughout the Global entity
• Work closely to manage, track and assist Bidding and Business Development with the development of budgets and cost tracking
• Manage the process of cost allocations across the group, with specific focus on labour rates and other internally billed costs
• Manage the preparation of monthly management Reports and provide meaningful commentary for variance to budget
• Manage a team of three staff to complete all required tasks

Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Budgeting and Reporting Manager to join our Finance Team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively Manage the Budgeting and Forecasting processes for the corporate functions, aligning with all head office requirements.

• Previous experience in a similar role working across multiple projects within Construction, Resources or Infrastructure
• Previous experience in managing a team and building relationships with internal stakeholders
• A degree qualified reliable and professional accountant, with minimum 10 years’ experience
• Proven ability to develop reports, and track spend
• SAP experience highly considered
