Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural software.
Ability to conduct on-site assessments from suspended scaffolds, supported scaffolds, aerial platform lifts and work in various field conditions. Candidate must be ok working from heights.
Experience with materials conservation, facade restoration, and historic research.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Licensure as a Registered Architect (RA) in NY or eligibility for licensure preferred.
