  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural specification or B2B technical sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycles, technical specification, and the National Construction Code (BCA/NCC).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor products.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital platforms.
  • A formal qualification in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
