The Scheduler will work closely with the Project Team to uphold Project Controls standards, interfacing with estimating, design, and construction teams to manage quantity, cost, and schedule from estimate through completion.
Key duties include preparing CPM scenarios, analyzing historical and forecast data, understanding project scopes and contracts, communicating with owners, providing delay analysis, monitoring schedule risks, notifying management of contract and schedule issues, supporting project pursuits, documenting schedule assumptions, conducting monthly audits, training staff on scheduling software, and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules for project management review.
- Analyze historical and forecast data to support realistic planning.
- Coordinate with owners to ensure satisfaction and address corrective actions.
- Perform delay analysis and risk mitigation for schedule impacts.
- Alert management to contract notices, delays, and documentation concerns.
- Contribute to fee proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials.
- Document schedule assumptions and critical bases for internal and client use.
- Conduct monthly schedule audits and provide training on scheduling software.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field, 3–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), knowledge of Earned Value Management, and proficiency with document control, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. The position offers a base salary plus a discretionary performance bonus.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Possess 3–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience mix.
- Understand Earned Value Management systems.
- Proficient in document control and office software (Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office).
