The Scheduler will work closely with the Project Team to uphold Project Controls standards, interfacing with estimating, design, and construction teams to manage quantity, cost, and schedule from estimate through completion.
Key duties include preparing CPM scenarios, analyzing historical and forecast data, understanding project scopes and contracts, communicating with owners, providing delay analysis, monitoring schedule risks, notifying management of contract and schedule issues, supporting project pursuits, documenting schedule assumptions, conducting monthly audits, training staff on scheduling software, and fostering an inclusive environment.
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field, 3–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), knowledge of Earned Value Management, and proficiency with document control, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. The position offers a base salary plus a discretionary performance bonus.
