Undertaking structural design and analysis using high-end analysis and design software across a broad range of structural types and using various international standards
Assisting in the management of the design process that may include other related design disciplines
Leading and undertaking assignments across the UK and internationally; delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
Overseeing and mentoring junior engineers, supporting their professional development and Chartership progress
Managing project time, budgets, and resources, ensuring everything stays on track
Collaborating with internal and external teams in a cross-functional environment
Coordinating design as part of an internal team and liaising with external associated professionals and our clients

Extensive knowledge of Eurocodes and other national and international industry standards, contracts, methodologies, procedures and best practice
Experience working on major bridge construction and modern bridge erection works and construction techniques would be considered advantageous
Working knowledge of structural processes and design, with a particular emphasis on data interpretation, design & analysis, construction and advanced numerical modelling
Strong communication skills, with a talent for producing clear, high-quality written work
The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, handling changing priorities while keeping quality high
Experience with structural analysis software like LUSAS, Midas, RM Bridge
A Chartered Civil Engineer qualification with a post-graduate qualification in a relevant subject
