Performs routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures.
Debugs and troubleshoots routine testing issues or failures and escalates other issues appropriately.

Performs basic repairs on test equipment as needed.
Conducts basic analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred.
Executes test methodologies for various technology, following established procedures, and documents results.
Responsible for own work. Decision-making is limited. Impact of decisions is readily apparent. Errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct).
Assists with set-up of specialized test equipment, as well as loading and running programs or builds.
Executes test plans and provides feedback to customer on outcomes or issues.
Collaborates with individuals inside own team to complete the team's work.
Does not provide supervision to others.

Experience in Handset testing commercial OEM or Qualcomm devices in Field/Lab Environment across 5G/4G/3G operators.
Adapts to moderate changes and setbacks in order to manage pressure and meet deadlines.

Limited problem solving required, generally in the nature of troubleshooting simple processes or technology.
Has no influence over key organizational decisions.
Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.
Experience in drive testing in field on-site and ability to debug, troubleshoot, analyzing basic device/OTA issues (Camping, provisioning) between device and network.
Some creativity may be required to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with Client circumstances.
