- Support innovation and continuous improvement in prefab design methods, estimating accuracy, and department practices.
- Manage workload, schedules, and priorities for both design and estimating to meet project deadlines.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings for accuracy, constructability, and estimating purposes.

- Proficiency in drafting and estimating software (AutoCAD, Revit, SEMA, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
