- Experience of producing guidance, toolkits or frameworks to support colleagues.
- Proven experience of building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Performance Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst.
