Periodically visit with customers to obtain better understanding of their needs and regional market pricing
Performs analysis of regional and customer pricing trends.
Works with National Accounts to manage special pricing deals and support the customer.
Assist with processing customer price variance credits
Monitors department service performance metrics to ensure meet/exceed customer expectations.
Pursues and communicates pricing authorizations outside the level of authority.
Performs analysis of competitors’ pricing to determine the market-level price.
Has an in-depth understanding of Daikin products as well as competitors’ products. Uses this information to properly position (determine correct size and efficiency) Daikin’s products and provide Daikin Reps with the best chance to win the project.
