ICAM Engineer

Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to design, build, and globally deploy a credential management system for a U.S. federal agency.

Requirements

This role is part of the IT Cyber Security family, requires no travel, and the candidate must be able to obtain a NACI clearance. Guidehouse is seeking a leader to join a multidisciplinary team building a credential management system for a U.S. federal agency and preparing it for worldwide deployment.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in identity and credential management.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of stakeholder requirements, system architecture, infrastructure build, documentation, configuration, deployment, and federal policies (HSPD‑12, NIST).
• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, myID, or similar tools.
• Proven track record deploying identity and credential management solutions and understanding of federal cybersecurity and zero‑trust standards.
• Preferred: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2025 Cloud Ops Professional certification.
• Preferred: Active Secret‑level clearance (Federal or DoD).
