Tasks

-Conduct internal and external design reviews -Support the Chief Engineer and contribute to technical governance -Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting best practice -Collaborate with structural and fluids analysts to resolve design challenges -Review and approve technical drawings and design schemes -Lead 3D CAD design from concept through to detailed development

What You Bring

-Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams -Expert-level experience in mechanical design and CAD (e.g. Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or similar) -Proven ability to lead projects and mentor others -Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) -Strong understanding of design for manufacture, assembly, and performance
