PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) Experience.
Teamwork and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within the Materials team and across departments. Communicate clearly about processes, issues, and safety concerns.
Although not required as training will be provided, candidates with experience operating any PIV help to contribute to a safe, more efficient and productive workplace.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously follow procedures and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy in handling and delivering material and components to the production lines. Ability to identify quality issues and or incorrect parts, to quickly minimize production downtime.
Manufacturing Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and applications, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
