  • Ensures implementation of a Safety Culture for projects, ensuring all project personnel are accountable for and committed to a safe and accident free working environment.
  • Develops and implements new operating policies and procedures including modifying existing documents as necessary, utilizing established procedures.
  • Interfaces regularly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Performs financial analysis, estimating and scheduling.
  • Manages projects within the program to achieve management strategic goals.
  • Utilizes the EnergySolutions ES Academy to ensure personnel obtains and maintains appropriate training, qualifications and proficiencies.
  • Interfaces with management on budget and business plan preparation.
  • Develops and monitors strategic goals and plans for success of their group and company.
  • Recruits, manages, trains, counsels, evaluates and disciplines program/project personnel.
  • Coordinates and prepares monthly reporting for senior and executive level management.
  • Provides leadership and vision as a facilitator and coach to inspire and guide project managers and their teams to achieve project goals.

  • Ability to work with moving objects/hazardous and on slippery/uneven walking surfaces
  • Business Development and Proposal Development experience
  • Project controls management skills, including forecasting, scheduling and real-time operations
  • Ability to lift, carry, handle and reach above or below shoulder
  • Ability to work alone, work with others, and interact with the public
  • Project Management Professional or equivalent certifications, education and/or experience
  • Ability to see close and distance; basic colors/shades
