Tasks

-Lead First Article Inspections: Conduct detailed First Article reports and monitor statistical process control data to maintain production integrity. -Support Across the Site: Provide inspection coverage wherever needed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and supporting investigations into non-conforming products. -Champion Quality: Use your expertise to inspect and measure a wide range of aerospace components, ensuring they meet technical drawings, GD&T specifications, and purchase order requirements. -Be a Trusted Authority: Sign off on inspected items using your approved stamp, ensuring only the highest quality products move forward. -Operate with Precision: Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other specialist inspection equipment to deliver accurate, reliable results. -Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality enhancements, aligned with Eaton’s world-class standards.
