Will work in a cab and use pilot operated joystick controls, pedals, levers and buttons to lift, move, and position loads using hoisting attachments, such as hooks, slings, electromagnets, and buckets.
Work may include occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying objects weighing a minimum of 35 pounds to a maximum of 100 pounds, with assistance, such as raw or fabricated material, equipment or tools.
Work may include frequent bending, kneeling, crouching and stooping and occasional climbing onto equipment and/or trailers.
Performs loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
Represents the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics."
Operators will observe load hookup and determine safety of load and inspect and report on crane and hoisting mechanism.
Use equipment to remove loosened material and put in piles or transport trucks.
Precision positioning of equipment, lifting heavy machinery and components, as well as beams and lumber.
Operate equipment to dig trenches and holes of specified length, depth, and width and grade.
Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards.

Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work from elevated or uneven surfaces.
Requires visual ability sufficient to perform job duties. Work normally requires eye-hand coordination.
Be able to work around existing underground utilities and tight areas.
Ability to work in Confined Spaces.
Must be careful and attentive at all times so they can follow directions closely as they will communicate with team members both verbally and by signal instruction.
Understand shoring, soil classes and dewatering.
Work involves standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Travel and overtime may be required.
