Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking a Product Application Specialist Drafter. This role develops Weather Shield product installation shop drawings/designs, preliminary installation drawings, take‑off/estimating & quoting, and custom product design drawings to support customer needs under the supervision of a senior product application technician or product application engineer. The specialist will also review drawings and quotes to ensure accuracy.

Prepare shop drawings, preliminary installation plans, and custom product designs.
Perform take‑offs, estimating, and generate accurate quotations.
Review and verify drawings and quotes for precision.
