In Business Development and Leasing, the Director identifies and evaluates new leasing opportunities through proactive market research and asset inspections. They build and maintain strong relationships with property owners via meetings and presentations, and lead negotiations to secure Heads of Agreement and finalize lease documentation.
The role also requires building a comprehensive and accurate market data database and producing a reputable Office Market Report and Business Development tools. The Director drives canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities, expands the client base, and collaborates with agents and industry stakeholders to keep market intelligence up to date.
As a trusted advisor, the Director provides clients with strategic market insights and transaction advice, conducts regular leasing meetings to align strategy and priorities, and implements tailored marketing plans while managing negotiations with clients and tenants. Candidates should have 12+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably within real estate, with a proven track record in leading complex leasing transactions and securing high‑value agreements. Strong market knowledge, senior‑level client relationship and advisory skills, and the ability to drive business development and expand market presence are essential.
