Apply in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market to design impactful, conversion-driven campaigns.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap aligned with DIA Holding’s business goals.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure fully integrated strategies.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within Dubai’s real estate or development sector.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a structured and strategic mindset.
Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Languages: Fluent in English and Russian.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).
Location: Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE.
