Maintain site documentation, logs, and reports.
Support quality control processes and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
Enforce jobsite safety standards, conduct walkthroughs, and support safety compliance.
Assist the Superintendent in daily on-site construction activities for an 8–25 story multifamily project.
Help resolve field issues and communicate effectively with project management, trades, and inspectors.
Track progress, update schedules, and report daily activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.

Experience with Procore or comparable project management software.
Ability to work full-time on site in Hallandale Beach.
OSHA 30 certification.
Experience: 2–5+ years as Assistant Superintendent or similar field role, preferably on mid/high-rise residential projects.
Background in concrete, structural, or exterior envelope preferred.
Communication: Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory for coordination with field staff and subcontractors.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and safety practices.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
