The Service Technician is responsible for keeping the appearance and operations of the property in excellent condition, both inside and out. Daily responsibilities include preparing units for new move‑ins, handling work orders for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems, performing appliance repairs, conducting unit inspections, updating logs, and maintaining exterior areas. The role also requires responding to after‑hours emergencies and on‑call duties.
