Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Familiar with various scaffolding systems (e.g., Ringlock, Cuplock, H-frame) and structural analysis principles.
Proficient in design and analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, MIDAS, AutoCAD, etc.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills for on-site technical support.
Experience working with scaffolding design firm or on large bridge/infrastructure projects.
Good command of English, capable of preparing professional technical documents independently.
