Human Resources Executive

Description

The HR Executive will assist in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The role is ideal for a motivated fresher or early-career professional who wishes to grow within a structured and supportive environment.

• Prepare HR letters, maintain employee files, and handle basic compliance documentation.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
• Coordinate with departments for HR-related queries and administrative support.
• Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
