Demonstrated five years of progressive administrative experience required; direct experience supporting a senior-level executive;
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with a strong business sense and ability to fact-check and proof documents;
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
A high sensitivity to the confidentiality of information;
Ability to think outside the box with a sense of urgency, decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
