As a Customer Field Technician, located in Newcastle, you will play a vital role working on Customer Service field tasks across potentially all nbn technologies. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services. You’ll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customer’s premises.
We will also be looking for a current & clean Driver’s License and strong and personable communication skills, both written and verbal.
A large part of this role is working in customer’s premises, so it will also be important you have exceptional customer service skills and can display honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.

The preferred candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal History Check and a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment to assess their ability to perform the genuine occupational requirements of the position.
