Project Manger - Land development

• Mentor junior staff, support recruitment efforts, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate with field inspection teams to ensure timely project certification and closeout.
• Oversee the creation of due diligence reports assessing development feasibility, coordinating with external consultants as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through direct engagement, strategic communication, and consistent project updates.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to prepare and submit construction documents for regulatory approval at various governmental levels.
• Collaborate with internal planning teams to produce conceptual site layouts.
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, and fee proposals for new opportunities.
• Monitor project financials, including invoicing, profitability tracking, and receivables management.

Licensing Requirement: A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida is required. Candidates with an EIT designation may be considered if they demonstrate substantial project management experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in civil engineering and a strong emphasis on land development. This leadership role involves overseeing multiple development projects from initial planning through final construction, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

• Proficient in proposal development and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Lead the civil engineering aspects of residential land development projects, including site design, permitting, and construction oversight. Experience in commercial, industrial, or municipal development is also valued.
• Experience with master-planned residential communities is strongly preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Florida PE license required; EIT candidates must show relevant management experience.
• Business development acumen with a focus on relationship-building.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
