Perform detailed energy analysis for LEED certification, Code compliance, utility rebate, and/or client energy efficiency goals
Analysis of energy savings opportunities and design alternatives
Providing coordination of project designs with other disciplines
Working with teams on implementing sustainable and high-performance designs
Maintaining positive client relationships

Possess an understanding of HVAC systems and related mechanical concepts (preferred)
Possess an understanding of building energy performance and simulation methods
Degrees accepted: Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural, Mechanical, Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Energy, or Electrical Engineering
3 years of relevant energy modeling experience with a degree, or 5 years of experience without a degree required
Energy simulation software such as eQuest or EnergyPlus.
Experience with scripting using one or more of the following: Python, VBA, R, or similar language
Experience with IES energy simulation software is a must.
Have strong fundamentals in building physics and heat transfer
Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper based simulation tools
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis & visualization
