Role

What you would be doing

Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers
Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects

What you bring

5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Nearly 10 years being placed in “Best Place to Work” (#16) by Zweig Group
15+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (commercial and/or SFD).
Local presence with national impact, who is actively engaged with communities and local partners
BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in FL
