Refine and implement naming conventions, image standards, and categorization rules to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all digital tools.
Partner with Design Studio Director of Product to manage product performance, understand sales trends and data insights, and identify areas of opportunity and areas of strength.
Source and manage high-quality product images, videos, and descriptions from manufacturers in collaboration with National Purchasing.
Maintain and enrich product data including images, names, categories, attributes, and descriptions using Sitecore PIM to power digital customer experiences.
Develop detailed reviews, analysis and reporting of category, option and manufacturer data in visualizer, customer portal, selection tool and other digital tools as needed.
Implement assortment changes and ensure accurate and timely updates across all digital touchpoints.
