Key responsibilities include developing deep product and sector expertise, acting as an internal ambassador for metals‑and‑mining solutions, and communicating product enhancements across the organization. The specialist will partner closely with vertical sales colleagues to uncover new commercial opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the new‑logo sales team throughout the sales cycle. Additionally, they will create and own a territory sales plan, pinpointing growth markets, opportunities, and risks.
The role works closely with product and research teams to influence the metals‑and‑mining product roadmap based on customer feedback, workflow insight, and competitor intelligence, and supports the launch of new products and services. Knowledge transfer across the business is a core part of the position.
Candidates must have significant client‑facing, pre‑sales, or solution‑specialist experience, preferably with mining companies, banks, or investment funds, and a deep understanding of the metals‑and‑mining industry. A proven commercial track record, self‑motivation, solution‑orientation, strong collaboration skills, and excellent organizational abilities are required. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous, and professional proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000‑$115,000, excluding short‑term incentive compensation or commission, with final pay determined by location, experience, qualifications, and training.
