Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash business processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience in a manufacturing and distribution company is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior exposure to SOX compliance and public company environments is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in IT, operations, or business systems roles.
