Prepare and deliver technically and commercially optimized proposals for retrofit and upgrade projects.
Manage bid strategies, ensuring compliance with Sulzer’s commercial guidelines and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to develop winning solutions.
Obtain and evaluate sub-vendor offers for mechanical seals, motors, and other components.
Support client meetings, site visits, and handover processes to ensure smooth project execution.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
We welcome applicants based outside the Leeds area who have strong pump and rotating equipment expertise and can work remotely, provided they are willing to travel when required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to change.
Willingness to travel (>15%).
Preferred experience includes Sales, Tendering, or Applications within mechanical or hydraulic engineering. However, we’re also open to candidates with strong pump and rotating equipment expertise who are looking to transition into a new career path.
