We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects across the Cincinnati region. This role is ideal for a field leader who thrives in a culture focused on safety, innovation, and quality.

Background in self-perform or design-build environments
7+ years of field construction experience, including 3+ years as a superintendent or equivalent leadership role
Proven success managing large commercial or industrial builds
Familiarity with the Cincinnati/Ohio market
Familiarity with modern construction tools (VDC/BIM, lean practices, self-perform environments)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and travel regionally as needed
