- Integrate data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM’s EQuIS™ databases and other data systems.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ERM colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Perform and manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while ensuring quality standards.
- Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations for a wide variety of environmental projects.
- Support ERM’s Technical Communities in developing innovative data services and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query/reporting support.
- Coordinate with ERM and client-contracted laboratories to ensure data quality and reporting objectives are met.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a computer-based, desk-oriented environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in EarthSoft’s EQuIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
- Ability to analyze data for logic, consistency, and quality throughout all stages of a project.
- BS/BA degree in environmental science, data management, analytics, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.
- Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental data management with strong analytical and database skills.
- Experience with EQuIS modules such as SPM and Collect.
