Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
Supervise and coordinate daily bridge maintenance activities on-site
Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for bridges
Manage and motivate work crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Valid UAE Driving License
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the Infrastructure Maintenance industry, with a focus on bridge maintenance
Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
