This position is responsible for providing onsite start-up, service, and support to customers with the overall target to ensure operational success of the HVAC system. When field support is not needed, service technician will provide technical support remotely by phone, chat or emails to assist customers to solve installation, performance, or operational problems. This individual must have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with the tech service team, engineering, quality, manufacturing, sales, application, customer service and our reps.

Other Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel domestically upwards of 50%.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years HVAC experience (Commercial preferred) and chiller experience (recommended but not required) and/or work with DDC controls for BAS integration
  • Education: HVAC certificate/license
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, SalesForce and chat tools.
  • Certificates & Licenses: HVAC certification preferred. EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification (required)
