As an Associate Director in the Public Sector Valuations team, you will be based in one of our CBD offices across Australia. The role is pivotal in delivering expert valuation and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of government clients. You will work on specialised public‑sector assets and portfolios, supporting financial reporting, insurance and asset‑management needs.
The position thrives on collaboration, mentoring junior valuers and partnering with other JLL service lines to provide integrated solutions. You will manage key client relationships, contribute to business‑development initiatives and ensure all work complies with legislation and professional standards.
Success in this role requires a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification with current Associate membership of the Australian Property Institute, at least five years of post‑qualification experience, and a proven track record of managing complex valuation projects. Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills, together with a current Australian driver’s licence and citizenship for security clearances, are essential.
