Proven delivery of structural projects (design, drafting, and inspection) for public and private clients, experience in multi-family, multi-story, residential design would be an asset.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Proficiency with structural engineering software, such as RISA or SAP2000.
Strong people skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Knowledge & experience with National and Provincial Building Codes including those for steel (CAN/CSA S16), concrete (CAN/CSA A23.3), masonry (CAN/CSA S304.1), and wood (CAN/CSA 086).
