We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to deliver a Membership Engagement Programme for small accounts. The role will oversee and manage a portfolio of up to 300 accounts with the aim to provide enhanced Member value amongst this business segment. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the value of membership within a vital segment of our Industrial Membership portfolio.

Salary/annum: Up to £45,000.00

36 hours per week (full time), 8.30am -16.30pm Monday to Thursday (finishing at 16.15pm on Friday). Part-time and hybrid working available in some roles.
Office/Hybrid: Hybrid, For the first three months, the successful candidate will be office-based five days a week for training. After this, the role will shift to our hybrid working model.
