

Provides audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services to organizations across various sectors.
In this role you will manage audit, review, and compilation engagements, leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback upon completion. You will partner with senior managers, directors, and partners on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting, while overseeing daily operations from staffing and budgeting to fieldwork and financial reporting. Additionally, you will research complex accounting matters, guide GAAP compliance, deliver training, and take part in community and business development activities.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA license, with at least five years of public accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Ability to travel 50% or more annually and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $97,000 to $145,000, with discretionary annual bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
