Possess demonstrated mechanical ability
Be able to read blueprints and work orders
Possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills as well as a normal range of hearing and vision
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, not required

Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment
Thrive on learning new things, be highly curious, and be open to direct and honest feedback
Be willing to commit to consistent, day-to-day on time attendance
