Experience with protected species surveys and licensing.
For senior roles: experience in team leadership, mentoring, and business development.
Strong report writing and reviewing skills.
Confidence in liaising with clients, statutory bodies, and local planning authorities.
Ability to manage or support projects, from small-scale to complex multi-disciplinary work.
Familiarity with the Biodiversity Metric and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) principles.
Full or Associate CIEEM membership (or working towards it).
Between 1–6+ years of relevant consultancy experience.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Protected species licences (desirable).
A full UK driving licence.
A degree in Ecology or Environmental Sciences (a Master’s is a bonus).
