Manage and develop custom reporting from Yardi as requested.
Create and maintain Yardi administration documentation for business continuity and redundancy.
Strives to continually look for ways to leverage Yardi’s capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow, automation, and process improvement.
Train and coach new and existing employees on workflows/procedures related to Yardi via in person, telephone, and webinar sessions.
Prepare concise, user-friendly documentation to support common system administrative functions as they are performed.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all Yardi programs working with end users to quickly resolve issues.
Test and lead testing efforts related to new functionality, new module, and upgrades to existing modules including creating test plans, test cases, and working to ensure process is followed by managers.
Manage and maintain Yardi modules, including overseeing system updates, implementing new functionality, and ensuring optimal configuration to support other users and operational needs.
Consult with internal business partners to identify employee learning and development opportunities and make solution recommendations.
Complete all new hire setups and deactivations of terminated employees in Yardi.
Establish best practices and efficient workflows in Yardi.
Perform system, business, and end-user process reviews to identify inefficiencies and make sound recommendations to internal clients and end-users that enable improved productivity.

Experience with design and custom SQL reporting
2+ years experience as a Yardi software administrator providing technical support and training
General knowledge of multi-family/commercial property management and construction processes as they relate to Yardi
Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required
Familiarity with the full suite of Yardi products, including but not limited to Voyager (Residential and Commercial), Rent Café, Vendor Café, Payscan, Advanced Budgeting/Forecasting, Construction Manager
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
Must have a valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
Working knowledge of database concepts and managing user security
