Your recruiting firm
Born in Sligo, Ireland, the firm set out to redefine construction recruitment by focusing on quality relationships rather than volume.
It partners with main contractors, developers, civil‑engineering outfits, and consultancies, diving deep into project-specific staffing needs.
Operating as a private company since its founding, it has built a sustainable niche without external funding or public listing.
Typical assignments range from placing engineers and project managers to specialists in technical and white‑collar roles.
Its personalized, consultative approach ensures candidates land roles aligned with careers and firms secure talent tailored to their projects.
What sets it apart is its boutique style—small team, local roots, global reach—with a big‑firm mindset on service delivery.
