Working as Site Lead/Technical Lead for assigned outages including dealing with all technical & safety matters related to outage execution, owning the customer relationship during outage duration, and driving customer issues resolution within outage schedule.

Significant experience in the outage execution of large steam turbines, preferably on 100 MW and above.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
At least 10+ years of on-site field experience in executing steam turbine outages at various sites/customer with 3-4 years of relevant experience as lead TFA/Site manager.
Sound exposure to constructional features with a view to manage & lead the outage team members for successful outage execution and key deliverables.
Exposure and knowledge on scheduling packages such as MS Project/Primavera shall be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS word/MS excel/MS Power Point) etc
Sound understanding of time/cost control for assigned services outage execution related site activities of Steam Turbine Overhaul within assigned time & cost estimates.
Able to quickly organize and lead colleagues, and external vendors in the team to achieve desired outcome.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
