What you would be doing

Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, project-specific BIM protocols, and standards.
Receive information into the Information Model in compliance with agreed processes and procedures. Validate compliance with information requirements and advise on noncompliance.
Coordinate and manage the development of BIM models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to integrate BIM processes into project workflows.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM-related issues and best practices.
Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Attendance at project and design team meetings as required.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry trends.
Participates in and complies with project team management procedures and processes including:
Lead the BIM process and ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and project execution plans.
Provision of Information
Agree and implement record keeping archiving.
Managing BIM Execution Plan
Implementation of the BIM Protocol, including and not limited to Responsibility Matrix, MIDP, TIDP
Ensure quality control and compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Initiate, agree and implement the Project Information Plan and Asset Information Plan covering :
Report on BIM progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders. Managing the processes and procedures for information exchange on projects.
Manage the project team members in establishing information exchange processes, including: defining and agree procedures for convening, chairing, attendance and responsibility for recording “information exchange process meetings”.
Managing Common Data Environment and workflow
Maintain the Information Model to meet integrity and security standards in compliance with the employer’s information requirement using Power BI.
Actively participate in BIM committee forum and share responsibility to update U+A BIM standards and library.
Managing the implementation of the Project protocol including updating the Appendices.
Train and mentor team members on BIM tools, processes, and standards.
Preparation of project Outputs, such as data drops/information exchange.
